• Design and implement effective training and development plans.
• Track department budgets.
• Manage the relocation of employees.
• Leave days management.
• Final settlement.
• Employee Wellness and Reward programs
• Company Internal Newsletter.
• Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issue in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
• Recruitments/hiring/onboarding process management.
